Ashton Square Project
Project Overview: Posted: 07/14/2007
Ashton Square is being proposed and built by former Ogden Community and Economic Development
Director Stuart Reid. The new addition to the Junction Mall site will be located on the north-west corner
of the old mall site on the corner of 22nd Street and Grant Avenue.
This beautiful project will cost the developer tens of millions of dollars and will include 224,000 square
feet of condominiums ranging from 1400 square feet to 4000 square feet each and the building will be
seven stories tall. Each condominium will range in cost from $300,000 to $1 million and there will be a
total of 66 condos.
The building’s bottom floor will include a plaza featuring outdoor dining at two restaurants, as well as
commercial space for two other businesses. The exterior of Ashton Square will be limestone, brick and
stucco, while its metal roof will have a patina finish.
