Historic 25th Street is the jewel of downtown Ogden. Over the last few years, the city has partnered with private investors
to give a re-birth to this historic sector of town.
New Buildings such as the Union Square - Phase I (which has recently sold all the available retail and housing units
and is currently anticipating Phase II), has added new vibrancy and life to 25th Street. Most other buildings have been
spruced up with a variety of shops and restaurants.
25th Street, the Ogden Amphitheater and the Union Station have been the foundational location for many very successful
activities such as The Farmer's Market & Art, Cinco De mayo and the Ogden Marathon.
The city is still looking for opportunities to partner with businesses on 25th Street to complete the few locations that still
could be developed. There is still work to be done...I'll keep you posted.
