2007 Capital Improvement Projects

In order for any capital improvement project to be considered it must first be a part of the Ogden City
capital improvement plan. The following is a complete list of the Capital Improvement projects that are
scheduled for the next five years or so.
Capital Improvement Project Listing (2008-2012)
There are many more needs than we have resources, therefore the projects in the plan are prioritized
by the Mayor, his staff and the City Council. City leadership is currently working on many projects that
will help to increase the city's revenue without raising taxes such as the Mall Site, The River Project and
Malan Basin Resort Project as well as reestablishing the economic base focusing resources and
attention on ideas such as the Ski Hub Concept, so that we can invest more resources into needed
capital improvements.
