2008 Budget Overview:
We are preparing for the 2008 budget. I will keep you updated as we move forward.
In preparation for the budget, we have identified a new methodology for determining the employee
increases. The City Council, as a whole, identified and is utilizing an Interest Based Bargaining
Process to better communicate with the employee union leadership.
