Recently, the City Council approved a corridor plan that stretches along the 12th Street Corridor from
the mouth of Ogden canyon to the West edge of Ogden City near the I-15 freeway. This corridor study
identifies many important issues that can hopefully be addressed at sometime in the future in order to
enhance that corridor as a vibrant business district of the city.
The following links outline the plan and address such issues as transportation, zoning, landscape and
land use.
