High Adventure Recreation Center - (HARC) is currently under construction on the "Junction Mall Site" in downtown Ogden City. The HARC is a private/city partnership that was officially approved to move forward in late 2005 and is currently scheduled for completion in August of 2007.
The Boyer Company - is currently developing the South end of the old mall site (The Junction) with a mixed use development that will add retail, housing, office and entertainment to the downtown. The development will meet stringent design guidelines...
Treehouse Museum - is the first completed building on the new Junction Mall Site. The Museum has stayed in Ogden City through thick and thin and is a wonderful asset to our city.
PRI Developments - has begun one of two 4 story office buildings that will occupy the Northeast and Northwest corners of the Junction site. PRI, the development arm of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has taken the initiative to invest in Ogden City and create office and retail space in downtown Ogden City.
The Earnshaw Building - is an investment of Earnshaw Enterprises, that came as a result of the High Adventure Recreation Center.The Earnshaw building will sit on the same block as the High Adventure Recreation Center and just to the North.
Ashton Square - is being proposed and built by former Ogden Community and Economic Development Director Stuart Reid. The new addition to the Junction Mall site will be located on the north-west corner of the old mall site on the corner of 22nd Street and Grant Avenue.
Phase I - From Washington Blvd to Kiesel Avenue. This phase of the mixed use River Project will be heavy on commercial elements such as retail, restaurant's, potential Ernest Hospital development and possible some housing.

Union Square/Ogden Amphitheater/Union Station - Historic 25th Street is the jewel of downtown Ogden. Over the last few years, the city has partnered with private investors to give a re-birth to this historic sector of town.
American Can Building
DaVinci Academy/High Technology Center - The center is housed in the historic American Can Facility located at 20th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The concept for the Ogden High-Tech Center is to create a multi-university extension campus and research park in downtown Ogden to facilitate the development of a technology incubator for northern Utah.

Malan’s Basin Resort Proposal
Malan's Basin Resort & the Mountain Gondola has been proposed by developer Chris Peterson, the land owner of Malan’s Basin. The proposed project includes building a road- less, all-year resort in Malan’s Basin connected by a Mountain Gondola from Weber State University.
The Urban Gondola has been proposed by Mayor Matthew Godfrey and will connect the proposed Mountain Gondola to downtown Ogden and the inter-modal hub.

21st Street Pond Development Project - is a city/business partnership in an effort to create a professional water skiing venue, that includes a multi-use outdoor amphitheatre.
Ogden City Justice Court
Justice Court Organization and Building Renovation - have been proposed by Mayor Matthew Godfrey and his Administration. The old Health Department building on 26th & Grant Avenue is currently being remodeled to house the new Justice Court.
